Virgin v TalkTalk.

I'm With Virgin at present. I presently have Talk Unlimited, TV M+, V+ box and Super Fibre 70, costing £44.48 a month. I normally pay for the rental line saver, which is rising from £184 to £196 this year.
Looking at this I'm sorely tempted to move to TalkTalk in view of Virgin upping their prices again....

The Plus TV package looks reasonable
One thing I don't need is faster broadband, I'm not a gamer and just surf the net, so I'm guessing TalkTalk's broadband would be adequate for my simple needs.
The only thing that makes me delay changing is that I've heard some horror stories about TalkTalk's customer service, so I would be grateful for some guidance and other members experience of TalkTalk.
Thank you.

I would work out what services tv channels etc you want first .
Bear in mind that your VM comes down their own cable and TT uses the BT network .

If you are out of VM contract phone them up and say you want to leave due to the prices .
See what they offer to keep you .
