PPN Debt Recovery and Prosecution Service

Yesterday I revved a letter from PPN Debt Recovery and Prosecution Services. It referred to my car being parking at the train station I have a valid permit for. This parking notice was never put on the car as had it been I would have challenged it using the portal to do so at Meteor Parking as I've done this before. Oddly enough this alleged ticket was about the same time as I received a ticket for my other car that the permit covers. I can only drive one at a time! It is asking for £100 and if I don't pay in 14 days it increases to £165. The state of the alleged offence was 20/4/16. I've seen some other threads on this and not sure if should ignore or write to them?

If your user name is your real name, you should ask the mods to change it.
Alternatively delete everything you have written in your post above, and replace it with, Please Ignore, then amend the title to, Ignore, then start a new thread under a different user name.
Then you should read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES. This explains how to appeal this parking invoice, and also tells you why it is safe to ignore debt collectors. You should not however ignore the PCN/NTK from the parking company.I married my cousin. @ Fruitcake - this is potentially a railway byelaws matter the DRPS are based in Portsmouth and are part of London & SE Rail. The OP should be considering letter ping-pong so as to ensure the matter times out - and there is only 8 weeks to hang on for.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
