Permitted Development adding to previous extension?

Obviously I will get professional help but does anyone here know?
My house has previously had a front to back side extension, which was done under full planning permission.
PD allows extension to the rear 4m (or max 8m) from the original rear wall. Could we build a rear extension onto the back of this side wing under Permitted Development? Or is it only permitted on the back of the original house?

I am sure this question was asked only a couple of weeks ago. Try a search to see if you can find it, IIRC it was a very useful thread.0

Only the original back of the house, not subsequent addditions, even if those have planning.
That area behind a side extension catches people out a lot.
It needs Planning Permission.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
