I did a search but could not find specifics about DQ and N 180. Thank you for link which I can see was indeed under my nose...can't believe how many cases are out there.

Are you using the 'Search this Forum' function (which narrows searches down to the parking forum) rather than the 'Search Forum' (which searches every single MSE sub forum)? Did you click the 'Show Posts', rather than the default 'Show Threads', this will provide more returns?

I've just searched on 'DQ N180' and brought up a number of posts. Also try a search on 'Directions Questionnaire N180' as this will give you other returns.

If you do similar searches on PePiPoo, where many more court cases are being dealt with, you'll get as much information as you'll need. Use the Search box at the bottom left of the page you land on from the following link:

I assume you have a Court date and have now filed your Witness Statement and documents you will be relying on, as the Allocation tells all parties to do? When is your court date and what did you put in the WS, what documents did you file in your defence in readiness for the hearing?
