For those who don't find a set of conditions to agree to, this only applies to GMX UK, Spain and France accounts. If you have one of these accounts and can't see the agreement, maybe they don't want you anymore?
For those who have signed up with GMX Germany (in my case gmx.net) there are no terms to agree to as there is no change to this service.0 -
