It's a travel company that ice lolly have put a holiday on their site through them. Hence why I am asking for opinions.

Ice Lolly haven't put it on their site. Cheers2sun have paid Ice Lolly to put it on their site.

They're not a company I've heard of, but a quick google shows them to be a member of Mid Counties Co-op, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're any good.

I wouldn't use them, but then again, I don't like using middlemen. I'd rather be able to have some control over my own booking, without another layer of T&Cs to comply with. Each to their own.

Just make sure you read the terms and conditions before agreeing to them (should be standard practice anyway).

so? If they were a member of Freedom I wouldn't say The Freedom Travel Group, or if they were a member of Global I wouldn't say The Global Travel Group.

Cheers2Sun are a trading name of Midcounties Co-op Ltd and bookings made with Cheers2Sun are contracted with The Midcounties Co-op Ltd and they trade using the Midcounties Co-op Atol.

So what's the contractual relationship with cheers2sun?

It seems there are too many names here.

Their domains (cheers2sun.com and cheers2sun.co.uk) were first registered just over 2 years ago and are registered to someone in Hyderabad in India.
