I experienced this a couple of days ago on desktop and did wonder as to cause .Worked no problem on older laptop. Must be down to USB 3 port.
Wife likes her books but I'm the one who has to find,download,convert etc and hate it when forced to use laptop. Expect a fix will be released soon.0 -
