I've decided to switch my fund based index tracking portfolio into a more compact collection of ETF index trackers as much as possible. I believe with Fidelity the only charge for ETF/IT is dealing costs at 0.1%.
They only have ~180 available though.

I have a SIPP with Fidelity and I think it's very reasonable for ETF/IT. There is cap of £45 (was £36).
My second choice was III £80+vat + £80 (dealing credit).
Platforms which charge %, really start to eat for large accounts.
