Credit card claim

I have recently completed 6 sessions of a proposed 16 session chiropractic treatment. They asked me to pay upfront for a 5% discount but I declined. The chiropractor hurt my back and I have been in pain since without sleep etc. I paid for each session. Just wondered could I claim that this was one payment a it was all for the same thing and if so could make a claim against my credit card as I certainly didn't receive the service that I was promised?

Theoretically. But I doubt the treatments came with a guarantee.
What were the terms of the treatment?0 -
No you can't because you declined the one payment and now if the pay as you go is under £100 each you have no S75 protection.
You probably didn't have a claim anyway.0 -
Well I didn't sign anything that said that could make it worse and give me 3 weeks agony but I take your point.0
