Hello all
Any info on how to deal with Parking Eye bullies over extortionate parking overstay fees and fines and ccjs's would be welcome.
A ccj was issued without me knowing is out of order. A 200 fine for a 20 minute car park overstay!!!
Blatant highway robbery.
If anyone has any tips and contacts on how to have the ccj put aside then I'd be interested to hear.
Regards

The Industry is unregulated at the moment, they can virtually do what they like.
Put all of this in a letter to your MP, approach the charity who are helping you, and the C.A.B.
It may be possible, if you are on certain benefits, to get help with the cost of the set aside, but you must have a good chance of having the PCNs thrown out.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
