All Parking Services UK Ltd have failed to comply and thus have not fulfilled all the requirements necessary under POFA to allow them to attempt recovery of any charge from the keeper.

So you parked in a hotel car park although you were not a guest? Do you not think that this was unwise?

especially if the hotel charges guests to use the car park and then there were maybe no spaces for said guests.

I am all for fighting scum parking companies but common sense should surely be used by the motorist

Thank you to those who were polite enough to help me but I'm just going to pay it. I didn't come on here to be made to look like an idiot! I parked there as the car park looks like one huge one for the hotel, head office and the retail park, there was 3 of us in the car and none of us clicked on that it was just for the hotel. Anyway I came on here as I just wanted some advice. I don't want to risk being made to pay double etc if the appeal doesn't work. As you said I shouldn't have parked there & I've learned my lesson but god forbid if some of you ever make a mistake.

Nobody is trying to make you look an idiot ... facts are facts and whilst this forum saves motorists a lot of money with the advice given, it is only fair that you are made aware as said earlier

Thank you for that, I'm just left feeling pretty stupid now but anyway it's paid and I can forget about it. Thanks again to those who were trying to help x
