I got hit from behind in my car this morning when I was stationary at a roundabout. I put my hazards on and got out to speak with the culprit.
We talked and were both shaken up after the incident. She suggested we settle privately and exchanged phone numbers.....however, I forgot to get her Registration number due to the stress and I was conscious I was holding a long que of traffic up.
I haven't had a message back from the driver, but I know her name and number (and even found her on Facebook).
Please tell me in not totally screwed?

If you don't hear anything then your only option will be to report it to your insurer or to the police and hand over their details.
You should check your policy though as you may be required to report any incident to the insurer within a specified time frame.
Just be aware that if you do speak to your insurer you will need to declare this in the future regardless of the outcome as it will be noted on your record.0 -
So, she has now blocked me on Everything and even a friend when he tried to reach out to her for me. I'm at a loss of what to do now, can this police not trace an individual for you? As like mentioned, I know her name, what city she is from and what she looks like!0

You aren't 'totally screwed' unless you only have third party cover ( in which case see s back street repairer for a quote)
Otherwise if it's cost effective, then time to put in a claim against your insurer0 -
You have been suckered. you should, always get name, address, registration, insurance details and where possible photos and a witness. I do hope you get a satisfactory resolution."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Is she (or a family member) in the phone book, if so you could get her address from there: http://www.thephonebook.bt.com/
Or you could try 192.com which has some of the electoral roll (but you'll probably have to buy credits to see an address) : http://www.192.com/0
