Hi All

I would be grateful for any help you can offer me please, my father went to his local Iceland and parked up, he went into the shop to get change which he has done on numerous times before, when he came out there was a chap putting a parking charge notice on the car. On checking the notice the car details were wrong, it was put down as a Astra when it is a Vectra. This morning he has received a letter in the post but that only show's the registration number.

Can I appeal based on the written ticket being wrong?

Thanks

excel are part of the IPC mob .... so .....you need to look at the IPC sections .....

if you are viewing using a mobile ... then a PC may speed things up / make browsing/ searching the site easier ...

    good luck
