    Appeal won. It's been withdrawn.

Reason: Our Person that does POPLA appeals is backwards and forwards to Hospital at present and not in a fit state to answer to the appeal presently.

    Thanks for your help!

    Nice one.

Do we assume they are so tin-pot that they have no-one else with a brain who can 'do' POPLA evidence even though most such replies are templates?!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I would believe so. The email from the AM parking referred to "their manager" but i believe this is a one man band.
  • Hi Guys,

Sorry to ressurrect an old thread, I am facing the exact same situation however I am at the court claim stage. I have been trying to construct a defence, however I am struggling. Are the points raised here for POPLA good for my sitation?

No, you should be plagiarising and adapting a defence not an 'appeal'. There are LOADS of defences here.

Also read the NEWBIES thread under the heading 'Small Claim?'

Start your own new thread once you have read all that and acknowledged the claim on MCOL.
