Anyone had a fine for not paying?
Last time I went we stayed in the hotel and got free parking by the hotel.
I belief they are charging £5 a day in the carparks up the hill.

Sorry, are you thinking of chancing not paying for the sake of a fiver?
No regular on here would condone that!0 -
It is a con though, but nothing you can really do.0

The whole of Legoland Windsor is a con if you ask me.
A multi-million pound Danish company sets up a theme park to promote its products, charges eye-watering prices for entry, and then has the cheek to charge for parking, when there's nothing else nearby so the only people parking will be their customers.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -
Yeh well I have paid over £200 to be there for the two days why should I pay a £5 x 2.
I didnt know they charged when I booked as last time I paid £300 for two days in the hotel and they have a free carpark lower down but its wasn't policed.
The same deal this year was 470-565 for a night in their hotel breakfast and two days in the park.
I only found out the other day they wanted £5 for me to park and I was wondering since it has no access control to my knowledge how they policed it.
I wouldn't go again but my kids really want to go, I think it very over hyped and priced for what it is.0 -

Yes it is a rip off, went once at someone else's expense no desire to go back, but if you are paying £100 for entry, another five quid is hardly worth the risk.0 -
you can book priority parking apparently for £10 but reading online once that is full you have to que to get a refund!0
