So I'm getting a new puppy, and I just wanted your ideas on whos good for pet insurance and who to avoid?
I know everyone is different but is there anyone who stands out ?q

Avoid anyone connected wIth E&L. Check out the underwriters as they do under write other companies as well as have their own insurance.
Go for lifetime cover that reinstates the vet fee cover each policy year.
Petplan is the Rolls Royce of policies but it is not cheap. But they do not increase your premiums if you make a claim.
If payment direct to your vet is important check with them as to what companies they will accept direct payment from.
Read the policy document carefully before you buy so that you know exactly what you are covered for and what excess you will have to pay.0
