Window/gutter cleaning

What would you expect to pay for a company to clean the windows of a 3 bed semi - together with a small conservatory (roof - mossy !!) and also check the main house gutters (clean if necessary) ?

I pay £20 each month for 3 bed detached including skylights and 'excessively glazed' sunroom extension. It's fiddly as there are wooden bars on each window and door so it's like having 3x the number of separate windows

I think I pay them about 70 quid around about once a year to ferret about in the gutters!

I posted this earlier in the week on the Aldi thread.
From tomorrow (Thursday) Aldi have on offer for £10 one of those telescopic window cleaners which you put on the end of a hosepipe.

50 pounds to clean a conservatory roof including all the sills, gutters and UPVC bits on it. That's what I am paying next week and I am happy with that. It's my regular window cleaner, I trust him to do a good job.
