Sun loungers - towels - bagging

I'm interested to know what you do when you go to the pool and all the sun loungers have been reserved by being covered with towels.
It is sometimes fairly obvious the loungers are not in use and indeed the reserver could even be in the town shopping and is reserving the lounger for use later in the day.
I allow about 10mins and then remove the towel and use the lounger. If a person appears who has obviously been swimming or buying a drink at the bar I surrender the lounger. If they come to me after I've been there sometime, say an hour, I politely say "tuff" or "tuff Glück, andere finden bitte"; which seems to be understood.:rotfl::rotfl:
Who is lacking manners. Me or them ?
