DISNEY recommendations on areas to stay close to the Parks??

We are regular visitors to Orlando, absolutely love it! Always stayed in private villas in Kissimmee. However with the arrival of a grandchild at the end of this year, all the family prefer to rent a villa closer to the Disney Parks for next year's holiday so we have less driving (10 minutes drive or less would be good). Can anyone recommend some areas? We wish to avoid built up touristy areas like International Drive. We prefer quiet areas; usually stay in American residential areas as we like the peace and quiet after a long day at the parks (not noisy holiday makers in the pool at midnight etc!). Is this possible closer to the Parks? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
