GoSkippy claim they did not to get my documents

Hi ladies and gents,
I signed up to GoSkippy on 6th of August and was advised I need to provide various proofs eg NCD, driving licence etc for my insurance to continue. I received this email from them on the 10th Aug to witch I promptly replied with everything they asked for.
20th Aug I get an email from them asking why I haven't sent them my documents. I send another email containing the same information. No reply until I chase and then I get told they have received a picture of my driving licence only in this email. Again I send another email reattaching all documents to them - guess what, not received. I spoke to a guy on their customer service email address and he asked me to send them to that email. And this time, no email was received. In between sending documents i must of sent about 6 emails to this guy of which he had received all of them.
My concern is that if I do not get this information to them before 27th August they will cancel my policy and charge me £50. That gives them £150 for doing nothing other than insuring me for 21 days. I feel like I am being scammed!
Please give me some advice.
THANKS

Send another email with a delivery and a read receipt to ensure they receive it.
Alternatively send the documents in the post recorded delivery.
If you can prove they have got it then it becomes their problem.0 -
Send them by post?0

My concern is that it may not make it in time to them via post.
Thank you Ill have to do that. Yahoo mail doesn't have a read/seen/received function unfortunately0 -
Send them special next day delivery if you're concerned they might not get there. It also could be that their email system doesn't allow files over a certain size through - ours is the same.0

I suggest you send an e-mail to quality@goskippy.com with a copy to complaints@eldoninsurance.co.uk telling them what has happenened and that you are dissatisfied.
That forces them into their complaints procedure.0
