I installed the following new version of windows 10 yesterday
Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3176495)
Since then, I am not able to scroll using the pad. I can only do it by moving the scroll button on the right hand side of the screen. Is anyone else having this problem.

Roll back to a previous build if you can.0

That did occur to me. But then, windows may automatically download the same update again and re-install. I'm not able to stop it from the update. Apparently, MS are calling it the w10 anniversary update.0
