    I'm afraid not. Do you pay for care directly or do you get help from your local authority? If the latter you might be able to talk to them but if you pay yourself then I don't think there's anything out there.

    The motability car will have to go back after six weeks. If you call them and tell them it's stopped they'll send you out a pack explaining what help you can get. If you've been on the scheme for a few years and the car is in good condition you'll be eligible for £2000, but you won't get it until after the car's been handed back. They also refund a proportion of any advance payment.
