Hi it actually went really well, it was long like a good 4 hours, there was a very lengthy presentation and then we had a little exercise to draw pictures about our life and explain it in front of the group, then an interview with 2 people very relaxed and was competency based. after that there was a role play to do playing the role of an engineer going into someones house (you are late and there has been issues previously) you get a brief sheet before hand.
What I will say it is more of a sales job than a technical job and most of the day is them explaining how to upsell and get new customers in.
I was unsuccessful, the feedback I had was that I answered all the questions well and they thought I would make a good technician but there was 2 jobs and 50 people interviewed so there were better candidates.
Either way I recently was successful with Openreach as an engineer which is a lot less pressured by the sound of things (VM want 15 jobs per day complete!)
Deffo worth going though even if its just for the experience.
