Liebherr problem

Does anyone understand the "problem" F numbers that appear on Liebherr & Miele fridge freezers?
I've had 'F2' flashing now for 24 hours, which apparently means that there is a problem in the fridge compartment / evaporator sensor. However, even after 24 hours and regular useage, the temperatures in both the fridge and freezer are still exactly as normal. Does this mean that the sensor is OK and some other problem is causing the 'F2' to flash?

How are you checking that the temperatures are "normal"? Have you put thermometers inside the fridge and freezer compartments, or are you relying on the temperature reading on the fridge/freezer (if it has one)?0

I have thermometers in both the fridge & freezer and, after 48 hours, they are still giving me the usual working temperatures - +5 & -18C0

The Liebherr link that you attached is only for Liebherr UK and I'm not in the UK. Also, as a guide to how helpful it was, I clicked on "frequently asked questions" only to be told "...this page is not available.."!0

This is a UK site so it's a reasonable assumption that posters are in the UK unless we are told otherwise. As you still haven't bothered to say where you are I'm out.
Oh, and my question still stands, just that it's now "What did Liebherr in your country say?".0 -
Some people still think that any .com website must be a USA website. After all, they invented the interweb and all that.
