Ias appeal decline

I've had my appeal decline by the IAS and now I'm not sure what to do next?
Do I just leave it and wait for the debt collectorss letter (which I would ignore) or do I try and fight again?
The reason I got my ticket was due to me not putting up my permit for where I park when I go to work (it's not a work car park, it's a private one).
All their argument was was stating that there is clear signage around the car park to state that a valid permit needs to be displayed at all times.
I get that I forgot to put it up for one day, but surely £100 fine is a bit OTT!
Has anyone got any ideas on what I should do next? I don't want to be taken to court and end up being liable for charges!
Thanks in advance :j

If you look around this forum you will find that appeals to this bunch of scamming muppets are bound to fail in over 80% of cases.
You can't fight it again you are wasting your time, you will now have to suffer the barrage of scrap paper from debt collecting idiots and just wait and see.0 -
Have you complained to the landowner? This is your best option.
As for IPC/IAS companies, the advice here is to ignore anything and everything you get for six years except real court papers.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
No, I didn't realise I could?
Would I just write to them and explain my reasons why I believe I should not have to pay?
Thanks!:D0 -

Or go and see them. Your post is short on detail. Do you pay the landholder for your permit, or does your company pay them for a number of parking spots? Get your company involved if so. You need to be rattling cages - a far more effective strategy than meekly succumbing to the inevitable with the IAS.
And no, there's no template for complaining to a landholder. You could read this though before planning your attack:

The IAS do not offer proper adjudication. If the PPC take you to court you can use the unsigned ill-considered decision against them. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
