Child Maintenance

My ex husband have mutually agreed to agreeing child maintenance for our son and agreed that we should have an agreement stating what we have agreed.

Has anyone else done this and what did you put? I have looked on the internet for a template but can't find anything that I think I can use.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

    Wrote ours in Word.

We were very angry with each other so it took a while to come to an agreement. The link above more or less summarises how we wrote ours, and we also added access days and hours.

After some time sticking to it, circumstances changed on both sides, so it became more or less null and void.

Gave us both a forum to begin to trust each other enough for a working relationship without using solicitors and the like.

    Thanks for the replies.

I have looked at the one in the link but I'm unable to edit that would, which would have been ideal. Just didn't know if there was a word version online I could have edited.

You could use the wording of the proforma and its content. You don't have to use the format of boxes etc. Type it out in Word and that would give you something to present to your ex that you can work on until you're both happy to sign it in good faith.
