Armtrac Appeal rejected but missed time to appeal to IAS

Hi, I would really appreciate advice with what I should do now! I appealed to Armtrac Security to their ticket on my windscreen at a beach car park in Cornwall. I sent them the ticket I had displayed that had expired and another ticket that had not been visible that covered the time period they are fining me for. They have rejected this by saying 'retrospective authority to park will not be accepted.' They gave me 21 days to make an appeal to the IAS which I have missed. I checked the link they gave and they have a lot of photographic evidence of my car. The fine has gone up to £100 and it says is 6 days overdue.

What do I do now?!

pay ? or ignore ? (its sink or swim , no 3rd option)

the advice for IPC members is listed in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread

we generally say ignore everything except an LBC or an MCOL , THEY HAVE 6 YEARS TO DO THE LATTER

You did not lose much, IAS will do the same anyway.

All part of the scam to extort money from you.

All you can do now is wait, silly debt collector letters threatening things they simply cannot do.
YOU IGNORE THEM, NEVER TALK OR WRITE TO THEM.
Armtrac Security IS THE only company who may take you to court and in preperation get your case together, it might never happen.

There so many vermin attacks on holidaymakers in the West Country right now, the West Country tourist board should be alerted as next year the holiday makers could well go back to Spain or the likes with two fingers in the air at Devon and Cornwall
