Vanguard launching in Britain

They are doing a feature on John Bogle, founder of Vanguard.

"This is all set to change next year, however, when all investors can buy direct."

Don't need £100k to go direct any more.

What a coincidence, £20k ISA Allowance coming up in April.

Open the account(s) in 2017, get ready for the crash in 2018.
Wait till the FTSE falls to 4000, then start buying.

I hope they are hacker proof.

Ideally, I want a London office, and I have to fill out a form to redeem my money: because the imposter/thief will have to, too.
