Your in a win win/loose lose situation with regards to the set aside. i would suggest a read of the sticky, however you should also go full throttle at Morrisons for allowing their agents to proceed with this type of action.
You should certainly be looking into complaining on places such as Morrisons social media pages such as facebook, making sure that you highlight the fact that Paring eye are Morrisons agents and it is entirely Morrisons fault that this situation has occured.
As a direct result of Morrisons allowing such a predatory company as Parking eye to opperate as its agents you have been under a lot of stress and worry, not to mention all the time that you have had to pour into this.all the way along you need to r-iterate that Parking eye are Morrisons agents, and Morrisons are liable for the actions of their agents.From the Plain Language Commission:

Have emailed Morrisons head office yesterday so will let you know when i get a response, thanks again for advice.0
