Cancelling or changing Wicks Kitchen Order

HI,
We paid in full for a Wicks Kitchen 3 weeks ago. Does anyone know if we would be able to change the kitchen we have chosen or cancel this order? We paid Cash in full on the day.
The kitchen is not due to be installed until the 2nd week in October and as yet we have not had the Installation company come round to do the survey.
