Lenovo Laptop Complaints

Hi All,


I have been going around in circles now with Lenova now for a few months via their phone helpline. Is there an email address I can use to escalate issues to a more senior person?

    If you find one make sure it contains "lenovo" as anything with "lenova" in won't be legit. Unless of course the issue is that you've bought a fake.

    I'm not on Twitter, I could try linked in but are there any specific names I should be looking for?


    I checked FB but there didn't seem to be anything there for Lenovo.

    Probably because you should be looking for Lenovo as already advised in Post #2.
