i need help with EE Fibre Regrade

so i just need an opinion i already contacted EE today with no help

i requested a regrade from fibre standard 40MB to fibre plus 70MB on august 7th with estimated completion date as 21st august in tracking

and from that day on
    open order request received no email confirming my change/regrade/order order status: provisioning in progress as of august 21st 9:26pm no help on EE forums no help from EE on phone or live chat
as a summary the regrade from 7th to 21st still isn't complete and still provisioning, anyone got a slight idea what they're playing at?
