Papering over emulsion

I have emulsioned a newly-plastered wall. My question is, as it's just matt emulsion, can I just size it and then wallpaper it or do I have to sand the walls first?
I'll never be a Money Saving Expert while my kids are Mony Spending Experts.

You will not require to ' size ' the areas are now SEALED . always sand before papering, use P120 nothing worse than looking at small pimpels grinning through wall coverings

I should imagine it's a grade of sandpaper

Hi I'm a paint/decorator and I use a fine grade sandpaper a 1000 grade, don't forget to wipe the walls after to remove all of the dust as this will stop the paste adhearing to the wall.0
