Should i carry on ignoring

Hi after some advice, i am the registered keeper but at the time wasnt the driver, i received a £60 parking charge from cpp which i was told to ignore, i then received another for £60 and again ignored, i have now received a letter from drp debt recovery plus for £120 what should i do, ive read other threads but now need advice do i continue to ignore thanks

    you are already in IGNORE mode so its too late to do anything else apart from pay up

    so the choices are , pay , ignore , there is no other choice and you have already made your bed

    You should not have ignored this. It is bad advice and has not been given on this site since the law changed in 2012.

    You could try a late appeal and add in that changes in EU law last year say that appeals should be allowed (Alternative Dispute Resolution) for up to a year, and it will make you look reasonable should they decide to take this further.

    "It is the will of Parliament, as a result of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, that ADRs must imminently be made available for not less than a year."

    Alternatively you can continue to ignore and hope you don't get real court papers. You can however ignore toothless debt collectors.

    This assumes you or the alleged event are in England/Wales, not Scotland/NI.
