Not a bad result or price. Having just done the front shocks on my 5 series think I'd have been happy to pay someone that to save the aggro of never-before-undone bolts

I would say yes, unless the break was clearly the result of an 'incident' rather than fatigue. I had the n/s/f spring break on the Mondeo and it was clearly fatigue or a fault, as it happened on my drive at about 2 mph. I decided that if one was gone the other wouldn't be far off, and I was glad I did. The front of the car rode at least one inch higher with the new springs, and if I had only replaced one I think it would have been unbalanced. Garage not fussed about doing 1 ( though said is should be done in pairs )
Its an old car that doesn't go usually that far so not too fussed :-)0
