Hair cat poop

Next doors cat has taken to having a hair poop on my driveway at the rear of my car, he does his normal poop in my garden when he gets the chance of a bare bit of soil but for some reason the ones he does on the drive are all hair with virtually no poop material in them.

Should I let my neighbours know about these poops or are they normal?
(We are not really on chatty terms)

It's not poop it's coughed up

Thanks, I don't do cats as such so don't really know what a hairball would look like

These ones are about 75mm long and narrow like a poop but it is straight and does have some faeces in it (but not much)

Its a hair ball, unlike a poo or a wee a cat cannot hold them in, which is why we had one down the crack in the sofa cushions this morning.

As above its a hair ball, its more like sick as comes from the mouth, not other end.

The cat needs brushing more to help it.
