Macbook air 13 ins 8gb 256

The cheapest I could find on the internet is at John Lewis at £999.99 with 3 yrs guarantee. Has anybody seen it any cheaper? Currys at £899.99 but with 1 yr guarantee. I guess JL is a better buy!! Thanks

  • JL will price match anyway so it's a no brainier. Don't go to Curry's!!!
  • I would imagine JL are including 3 years Apple Care in the price where as Currys are not. Worth mentioning that Apple Care offers support and extended warranty, however, unlike the schemes people like Currys PC World run for non Apple products, it does not include accidental damage as I found out at my expense, PC World sold me Aaple Care on my MacBook giving me all the usual talk about should something go wrong and should I break it accidentally, turns out the accident bit was BS.
I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world
