Hi. My TV comes with freeview. Is there any way to use a box to pause, rewind and record the programmes?
Thanks

yes you buy a freeview recorder.
They used to me called PVR's.
Search Freeview PVR
Such brands as Humax are good0 -
Yes you can pause and record the freeview programmes using Freeview HD Recorder or Freeview Play Recorder. Just buy the box, plug it in and choose what you want. You can record a single programme or a whole series. Once recorded, you can pause and rewind live tv. You'll never miss any part.0

Some TVs even allow you to plug a USB hard disk in and then the TV itself can pause and record. If you check the manual for your TV.
But if your TV doesn't support that, just get a PVR.0
