No, just some detail like date sent, name of addressee, that is all, then we can go back to the staff member who dealt with the mail and ask them how they sent it and if need be put procedures in to force so we can avoid such charges.

You can write the letter if you wish. Make sure I have agreed to those T&Cs beforehand of course.

Have you tried asking RM? Given they are handling your mail without full payment. I'm sure itemising as standard would be costly for all those underpaying.
You would be amazed at the (mainly PPI) users who continually push their luck on their terms and sometimes have their licence removed.

PS you are now subject to a £10 over use of 'r' fee.
