The Clearscore Credit Reference Report Website

Hello, If anyone has used the Clearscore website to obtain a personal credit reference report, can you tell me whether they gather information about you from all of the credit reference agencies, because I have 2 credit cards, however, only one is showing on my report. I am rather confused, therefore, would appreciate any assistance. Thank you very much!!!
