Hi All

alleged parking is 20-Jun, letter dated 15-Aug and received 18th Aug.

is there a tool to check if PoFA compliant -

its borderline , but I'm not sure if first day counted etc.....

    no the letter would have had to be sent on the 12th (thusday) to be received within 56 days

    Yes, it's called a calendar. Plus the Act itself (which says that the parking event is day zero) plus use of the Interpretations Act which says it is presumed to take 2 business days for a first class letter to arrive.
