Co-op bank?

I think FD's online system is old fashioned and clunky. Is it worse than that? (if you know)
I have personal accounts with FD and Barclays, and a joint account with Co-op.
For online and mobile banking FD is the worst of the 3 by far, Barclays is the best by far, and the Co-op is somewhere in between (although I'm talking about the old system - I haven't been switched to the new system yet so can't comment). As an aside, one of my reasons for moving most of my account activity to Barclays was FD's bad online/mobile offering.
I chose the Co-op because at the time of opening the account they offered the best value packaged account (Privilege Premier) although this is no longer available to new customers.
I've been happy with the service; we have had a few issues with unauthorised transactions and disputes, which have all been handled well by the Co-op. I'd recommend them.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

Further to my earlier post (#8), I was reminded this morning of another annoyance of the new-style online system when I checked the latest statement of my Coop credit-card account. Every month I copy all the month's transactions to a local spreadsheet so that I can do an annual analysis - with the old system I was able to do this by cut-and-paste from the statement displayed by the online system. With the new system, cut-and-paste is blocked on the credit-card account (but not the current account). The only way I've found to update my spreadsheet (without retyping) is to print the statement to a PDF file and to use a text selection feature in my PDF reader.
Not having a statement download/export feature is a major fault. Needless to say, I've curtailed use of my Coop credit card.0
