Compact dryers for clothes that fit in a backpack or a small wardrobe ?

There are already some solutions for drying in small spaces - you can buy heated airers which fold down to quite a small footprint, and there are things like the Dri-Buddi which again also fold down. Neither are ideal for travelling but both work fairly well in small homes. Or you can buy wall-mounted extendible racks or racks that sit over the bath.
If you're travelling wouldn't you just try to find a launderette rather than worry about drying laundry? Or, when I was a student in halls and had access to an en-suite, the standard trick was to fill the room up with laundry, then turn the radiator up and the fan on - not very money saving but if your bills are all-inclusive then that's something you could also do in a hotel ...0 -
stick one of these in your wardrobe .
Open it to dry your clothes
You can also use it to get the Christmas tree out the loft0 -
This would be perfect for you. It folds down, will fit in your backpack and in the wardrobe of your hotel.

As for me it will be comfortable to take drying rack with yourself in a trip. Always I stop in chip hotels where I can put my clothes only in bathroom. it's not enough area.
Yeah. I known they say aim for a niche market, but the market of people who even wash their clothes in a hotel room is small, let alone those who wash enough to need a full drying rack.
That's what laundrys are for. And suitcases to take dirty washing home.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

When we used to go on walking holidays we were always having to dry wet things :rotfl:
We had a long twisted piece of elastic cord from an outdoors shop, hung it from fixtures in the room, you don't need pegs you push a corner of the clothes into the twists and hey presto!
I expect the housekeeping staff thought we were strange though!0 -
I was thinking of the twisted elastic cord too. It's really useful and you can hang it off door handles, trees or anything else that's handy.2022. 2% MF challenge. £730/30000
