Sleep softly Groupon

I noticed an old thread on here regarding Sleep softly from 2013 which has now closed. I thought it was worth starting up another one as I had similar bad experience to the previous thread and don't want others to waste their time.
The company send you a text regarding delivery. They have a phone no. so you can call them however I got an answering machine TWICE. In the end I couldn't change the delivery day and went on holiday. The delivery came and went and I rang them when I got back. So another delivery day was set (at their convenience) and you have to wait in all day by the way. When it arrived I nor the delivery guy from Arrow XL could believe the state of the packaging. The mattress is rolled up and the plastic covering that was open so the mattress itself was dirty. All the boxes looked like they had been resealed, presumably sent back by another unhappy customer. I did not accept the mattress and continued to try to assemble the bed. It didn't look good when I opened the boxes. The instructions were crumbled up in a ball! The bed itself was described as a fabric on the headboard etc but it was definitely synthetic with a plastic like coating and therefore cheap looking. Anyway all the parts were not in the boxes in particular the hardware to put the bed together! Some holes were also not drilled. I returned the item and to Groupon's credit they refunded the money no problem, but I would avoid Sleep softly like the plague. And the downside to all this is that you probably wont know it's sleep softly until you get the text about delivery
