'Competition General Terms and Conditions' apply to all Bauer Radio Competitions, to the extent that they are not modified or overridden by these Specific Terms.

ITEM 4: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
The competition will take place on 19th, 26th August, 2nd, 9th, 16th 23rd September in ‘2pm Anthems’. Listen to the on air presenter for instructions on how to enter.
ITEM 5: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the date of their entry.
Unless otherwise stated the promotion is open to UK, Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any Sky company (“Sky”), Bauer Media, and any other companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Promotion.

ITEM 6: ROUTES OF ENTRY
To enter, text the studio on 63103 when instructed to do so by the presenters during 2pm Anthems on the above dates. Texts are charged at standard rate
A random correct answer will be selected and the entrant brought to air. To qualify for the prize you must be available to come to air immediately.
ITEM 7: PRIZE DETAILS
There will be one winner per day (see dates above). Each winner will receive:
The Prize (per winner) is as below:

• 1 x NOW TV Smart Box with Entertainment passes for 3 months.
• 1 x iPad Air 16gb wifi

The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):

• Only one entertainment pass code per person / NOW TV account.
• Entertainment pass codes can only be used once. Entertainment pass code must be used within 30 days of receipt otherwise void. Valid credit or debit card required to set up NOW TV account. Your month viewing period for your NOW TV Entertainment Month Pass will begin as soon as code is redeemed.

• At end of voucher period (3 months), the NOW TV Entertainment pass renews at £6.99 unless cancelled and you can stop renewal at any time. Live channels not available on YouView.

• NOW TV Smart Box: Included. Connects to TV via HDMI (supplied). Wi-Fi/Ethernet connection required. Digital terrestrial aerial required to watch free to air channels live. Duration of pause and rewind live TV available depends on location and selected channels. Other devices: Smartphones: Requires iOS 8 and Android 4, or later.

• NOW TV is available to anyone 18+. UK only. Content streamed. Requires broadband / 3G / 4G (charges may apply). Register up to four devices and watch on two at the same time. Chromecast counts as two devices. Some content is unavailable on live channels and/or catch up. Shows are available on catch up for at least 7 days from date first shown. Some content unavailable on some devices, see here. Roku LT, XS or 3 and UK account required to watch on Roku. Ongoing monthly prices and channels subject to change. Terms of Use. • There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• NOW TV reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that NOW TV reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.

• iPads can take up to 28 days to be received from when the winners in contacted

• There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
• Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter’s control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
• The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.

• The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

• If the winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

• The Promotor’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with either the Details or these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
• The prize winners’ first name and county will be made available for one month after the close of this promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address below and stating the name and date of the promotion.
• By entering the promotion, you agree that if you are selected as a winner, Bauer Media may pass the data on your entry to its fulfilment agent to issue you with your prize. The identity of the fulfilment agency for a particular promotion will be made available to winners upon request.

ITEM 8: PRIZE PROVIDER
The Promotions Factory (TPF) 9-10 Market Place, London, W1W 8AQ on behalf of SKY. (the “Prize Provider”).
Please note that where prizes are provided by third parties, the prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party.
The Promoter is not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.
ITEM 9: GENERAL
The name, county and photograph of the winners may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.

In addition to the use specified above, the Promoter will use each winner’s, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this promotion.

The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, other entrants or Sky staff which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.

This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
