FTM down

Could someone else, who uses FTM (ancestry) - please try to log in to FTM and confirm that it is not just myself, who is unable to gain access ?

    Thanks - the site is not ancestry.com itself (I can still log on to that) - it is another address that is linked to ancestry - but is used by Family Tree Maker to SYNC to ancestry.com - I do not have the address (and, because it syncs within FTM - I do not know what it is.....)
    Does anyone else use FTM ?
    Could you please check whether FTM will connect ?

    I wonder if this article can help you Ancestry to retire FTM can't be bothered to read it myself.

    That said ... the linked article does say this:
    Ancestry will continue to support current owners of Family Tree Maker through January 1, 2017. During this time, all features of the software, including TreeSync™, will continue to work, and Member Services will be available to assist with user questions. We will also address major software bugs that may occur, as well as compatibility updates.

    OP - maybe contact Ancestry member services?

    This is old news - FTM has now been bought out by Mackiev who claim that they are going to continue to support and improve it !!
