eKomi Review Site - Warning!!

I have just bought a Kingfisher Knapsack Pressure Sprayer from Charlies Direct. When I used the sprayer for the first time two leaks appeared on the top of the pump through a fault in the cap. I asked for a refund or for Charlies Direct to provide an alternative replacement through another product. No response to my request and no refund. After some short research, I then found out that eKomi was affiliated with Charlies Direct and had given Charlies Direct a remarkably positive rating - 4.8/5. I wanted to post my negative review on the eKomi site but found out that I couldn't. The site wouldn't let me submit my feedback. eKomi - Warning!!

1 month and so there are 2 grievances here - no response to faulty Kingfisher product from Charlies Direct and no way of leaving negative feedback with the feedback and review site associated with eKomi0

during the first call I was cut off and also on a subsequent call I was told that someone would phone me back and they didn't0
