CP Plus No evidence pack

I wonder if someone could help me with a POPLA question.
I have a long on-going case with CP PLus which was deferred pending the Beavis Case. On the 19th July I received a letter from POPLA informing me that a case had been opened with a reference number and saying that CP Plus had 21 days to submit evidence and that I had a further 14 days to respond.
On the 10th August I have received another letter stating that POPLA had received the evidence pack and that I have 14 days to respond. If the evidence pack is not received then I should contact the operator. No evidence pack has been received so far.
I was under the impression that there were regulations governing the timescales for the provision of the evidence pack from CP PLus and I'm unsure if it is my responsibility to chase them up.
Could one of your knowledgeable experts advise please.
Many Thanks

Complain to POPLA, the BPA and copy in the DVLA.
The motorist should not have to be chasing the PPC - that's their job, and if they don't comply, then I'd be demanding a default win in your favour. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks Umkomaas, I'll send POPLA a mail telling them exactly what you suggest. Do you know what the timescales are for receiving the evidence pack from CP Plus and should I wait until almost the 14 days are up or send it immediately.0

you are best to chase up CP PLUS (even though you should not have to do so), plus you should inform the BPA and POPLA , asking popla for an extension due to no evidence pack arriving
ie:- you need to be pro-active, even though it should not happen this way, it does and you need to complain to all and sundry because the system has more leaks than a colander0 -
Thanks Guy's I'll do just that and let you know how things go.0
