The way I understand this, they have been given leave to appeal but will they actually proceed as the same reason will apply
    "Notice to Keeper not compliant"

The Judge in this case took no notice of Mr Wilkie regarding
"Mr Wilkie asked the court to deal with the UKPC's history of false evidence, the lack of attendance of a witness"

Maybe another Judge will take this into account.

    A huge dilemma for UKPC

Taking up the court option for these dingbats has been a recent push, no doubt spurred on by Beavis, but so far they have only proved what incompetent Muppets they really are!

I was on the housing estate in High Wycombe two weeks ago talking to one of the residents about the UKPC court loss there. When I mentioned it there were beaming smiles all round, and the idiots have been kicked off site too.

I think the more times these cases end up in court, the more likely that landholders will start to get a bit nervous, especially if they are threatened with being required to appear as a witness. I think every court case defendant should be laying that one at the landholder's door.

The easiest option may then be (subject to cancellation clauses) to boot the PPC out, or refuse to renew their contract at renewal stage.

Maybe the worm is starting to turn.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That wasn't UKPC, it was PCM (UK) Ltd.

UKPC used to infest the retail park near that estate, but were kicked out about 18 months ago. No other PPC has been brought in to replace them, and guess what - no carmageddon!

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

I'm somewhat concerned about how the "non solicitor" obtained the right of audience without their client, (UKPC), being present.

OK thanks bargepole, I knew UKPC were there I saw them putting stickers over the phone numbers once, but now the signs are gone, residents and contractors still happy though.

I too share your concern that the Judge ignored this company's appalling record. Perhaps someone could complain to Pork Bellies.
