Response sL2 wireless burgular alarm question.

Hi folks,
I have got two Response sl2 wireless burgular alarm systems, got two because I need four pir detcetors, and it was on sale.
Just tried getting it to work, not as easy as you would think, definitely a case of having to read and to memorise the manual and putting the siren into learning mode to pick up the pir's. I have paired up the keypads with the siren.
Anyways my question is since I am no good at climbing and will have to pay someone to put up the siren, what are the chances that if the battery dies in the Keypads (haven't got the remote) that somehow I will have to take down the siren again tor pair it up with them, ie use the the learning mode form within the siren to pair it up with the keypads.
Thanks for any replies, not as easy to understand the question unless you have one of these items.

I note that the remote is an optional extra for the sl2 so no issue there. The siren has a battery and will eventually need to be replaced (years) so you will need access to the siren. Can you install it so it can be reached from an upstairs window?0

You could obviously try this before the siren is fitted externally by removing the keypad battery as if you were replacing it and check that it still communicates when the system is put back in "Operating mode".
The siren stores info about any associated devices in non volatile ram, so changing batteries in any attached device should not be a problem.
The system needs to be put into "Service mode" to change the batteries in the devices and then when they have been replace put back into "Operating mode"0
